I was impressed by the unique Art Deco-inspired decor and central location, just steps away from the Grand Place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. My room was cozy and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

Perfect location - just in the beautiful centre - few steps to Grand Place, 8 minutes to central train station, 2 minutes to nearest metro station. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, so worth the money. The staff working during the breakfast , the staff working in the bar, the gentleman at the door - all were very friendly and finally the gentleman who checked us in and out was very pleasant. We really felt welcomed. We entered through a lively restaurant. We do not like crowded places but in this case the bustling atmosphere was like a bonus as with the moment when we entered the lift we felt like we were teleported to a different world. The atmosphere suddenly changed from a vibrant to a magical one .it felt like moving from one world to another . The unique decor of the hotel and room is so beautiful, impressive. We were sinking in a cosy ambiance. We loved it .

Comfortable room in the middle of the city centre, at walking distance from the central station and from many touristic highlights. Our room was located at the back of the building, away from street noise. There were complementary snacks and wine in the room, which we were pleasantly surprised by!

The building in which the hotel is located , has a very beautiful facade. The ground floor and the hotel elevator have a beautiful design and the bar looks very good. There are beautiful decorative objects in the room , that give a touch of elegance. I noticed the cleanliness of the room and bathroom , the quality of the bedding and towles , the very comfortable mattresses and the very good ventilation in the bathroom. Upon arrival , we found a welcome note and two candies , a gesture that confirms that : " small details make the difference " . The reception team ( Voran, Moad , Khalid ) was very kind and ready to help .We felt very well in this hotel !
